Iranian Resistance’s president-elect, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi strongly condemned the extensive missile attack on Camp Liberty on Thursday. Mrs Rajavi said that 'Officially and legally, since the end of the 2011 up until now, the Iraqi government and the UN, who have created something of so called ’TTL’ (Temporary Transit Location) by signing a memorandum of understanding, must be held accountable. But, in our opinion, similar to the other 6 blood baths in camp Ashraf and camp Liberty, the proxies of the Iranian regime inside the Iraqi government are responsible for this attack, and the United States and the United Nations are well aware of this fact. We had already warned about this, since sometimes ago, and 26 members of the US congress and 32 US political and military dignitaries, in addition to 70 members of the French parliament, had warned the US government, the United Nations, and the European Union of their responsibilities in this regard.'
